1.Product Introduction

JHD 3305 is a water-based high-performance barrier coating that can be used for paper coating. The coated paper can come into contact with food and has waterproof and oil resistant properties. The coating surface can be printed. The coated paper can be used for waterproof and oil resistant paper without heat sealing requirements, such as hamburger/cake paper.

Coating after drying

The coating does not have anti sticking, and the anti sticking performance is excellent under film to film or film to paper conditions.  

The coating has no odor.

4.Usage method

Suitable for multiple coating methods, hot air baking and drying

Coating amount: 4-6 grams per square meter (total dry film amount, choose coating amount according to protection requirements, to ensure uniform and dense coating, it is recommended to apply twice)

The temperature for rewinding after coating should be below 40 ° C to prevent anti sticking.
