1.Product Introduction

This product is made by polymerizing multiple materials with metal protection and corrosion resistance properties. It significantly reduces the wear of the scraper on the dryer cylinder surface, extends the grinding cycle of the cylinder surface, and prolongs the service life of the scraper. It can be mixed and used flexibly separately.

This product is widely applicable to various native and recycled pulp materials.

3.Performance Characteristics

1) Softening the outer coating, effectively isolating the contact between the scraper and the cylinder surface, and improving wrinkling efficiency;

2) Adjust the bonding performance of the basic coating;

3) Increase the uniformity and thickness of the coating to maintain the stability of the adhesion of the base paper on the cylinder surface;

4.Packaging storage

Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;

Store in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35 ℃;

Storage period: 6 months.
