1.Product Introduction

This product, when added to coatings, can significantly improve the water resistance, glossiness, ink absorption, and anti foaming properties of coated paper. At the same time, it can enhance the reproduction performance of printing dots and improve the printing effect. It is particularly suitable for high-end white cardboard, copperplate paper, whiteboard paper, and paper with high water resistance requirements.

Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow liquid

Solid content: ≥ 40%

PH value: 7.0-11.0

Viscosity (25 ℃) ≤ 50 mPa. s (25 ℃)

3.Performance Characteristics

1) Fast curing, high cross-linking, and good water resistance of the coating.

2) Ink absorption, glossiness, and surface strength have significantly improved, enhancing paper printing performance.

3) Low viscosity and low foaming properties are conducive to stable coating performance.

4.Usage method

1) It is recommended to add 0.3-0.8% of the dry pigment or 5-10% of the total adhesive amount.

2) During the addition process, be careful to avoid mixing with anionic substances synchronously.

3) It is recommended to add it after the adhesive in coating formulations suitable for various pH ranges.

5.Packaging storage

Packaging: Use 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums.

Storage: at room temperature (5-30 ℃ in a cool indoor place), storage period: 6 months.
