JH-613 carboxylated styrene butadiene latex is used for a full range of latex required by the paper and board coating industry, suitable for decorative base paper, wear-resistant paper, copper paper, coated whiteboard paper, cardboard, box board paper and other surfaces, bottom coating and bonding. Carboxylated styrene butadiene adhesive can improve the performance and quality of paper and paperboard while improving production efficiency and reducing cost.

Main technical indicators:

Appearance: Milky white liquid

Solid content: 48% ±2%

PH value: 6.0-8.0

Relative density (water =1) : 0.95±0.02

Solubility: can be miscible with water in any proportion.

2. Good water resistance and solvent resistance

3. Excellent heat resistance and wear resistance

4. Good batch stability

5. Good flexibility after film formation at various temperatures (Tg-45℃ ~ 50℃)

Usage:

This product can be added directly into the paint preparation tank without conflict with the addition of other raw materials.

Packaging: 200kg, 1000kg plastic drum packaging;

Storage: indoor cool ventilation storage;

Storage period: 6 months.
