1.Product Overview

This product is widely used for the debonding of waste paper with added PAE, MF, UF, epoxy chloropropane resin, and double aldehyde resin wet strength agent. It can safely and thoroughly release the water-resistant bond of paper products, providing more convenience for the recycling of wet strength damaged paper and the reuse of secondary fibers.

3.Product performance

1) This product has excellent debonding effect on any wet strength paper at a certain temperature.

2) Without damaging the strength of the fibers, it is beneficial to maintain the physical properties of damaged paper and waste paper.

4.Usage and dosage

1) According to the amount of resin added to wet strength paper, generally 3-10kg per ton of waste paper is used, and the amount of special wet strength paper is increased appropriately.

2) This product can be directly and evenly added to a high concentration pulper. For paper with moderate water resistance, it takes about 30 minutes. If the paper has strong water resistance, the amount and time can be appropriately increased.

3) Applicable temperature, around 70 ℃.

5.Precautions

1) Protect from direct sunlight, heat, and avoid contact with organic matter. Store in a cool, ventilated place below 30 ℃.

2) When the packaging ruptures or leaks, the handling method is to promptly clean the residual storage in the covered empty container.

3) Precautions for operation: Do not touch the skin and mucous membranes. If accidentally touched, rinse with clean water.

6.Packaging and Storage

25kg and 50kg packaging bags; Store separately in a cool and ventilated place, shelf life: 6 months.
